Terms:
Set up time 8 AM- 11:00 AM. Space approx. 10 X 10 feet - bring your own
tables & chairs. Event open Noon - 10 PM (food: must stay till 7:30
pm, crafters must stay to 5 pm , or stay till closing 10 pm)
If you are bringing a tent or large display item (boat, car, lawnmower,
etc.) please confirm size.
Application deadline: June 1each year
Late entries may be considered at DOUBLE the above price IF space permits.
RULES: You must abide by these rules at the Canada Day Celebration site
1. NO sales of memberships at non profit information booths
2. NO Raffles or ticket selling of any kind on site. (exception Sooke
Canada Day Society)
3. NO religious or political information distributed or petitions on site
at any time
4. Application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
